Krishnagiri: Applications are invited from private candidates appearing for the Matric and Anglo Indian examinations to be held in September and October this year.
Fees
A Collectorate release said that those appearing for the matriculation examinations in September should pay a sum of Rs.135 for a subject and those appearing for the Anglo Indian examinations should remit Rs. 85 for a subject. The examination fees should be remitted through a challan at the District Treasury and Sub-Treasury offices in Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri and Hosur. Applications were available at the office of the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai and Regional Deputy Director of Government Examinations, Coimbatore. The application and hall ticket of the candidates affixed with a passport size photograph must be attested by the headmaster of the schools concerned, the release said.
Last date
The filled in applications attached with a photocopy of the examination mark sheet must be submitted in person or through post to the Director of Government Examinations, College Road, Chennai - 600 006 on or before August 25. Applications received after the last date would not be accepted, the release said.
