This Day That Age
The Republican Party Convention in San Francisco on August 22 unanimously renominated Mr. Eisenhower and Mr. Nixon to be their candidates for President and Vice-President in the forthcoming US national election in November. Mr. Eisenhower will be opposed by Mr. Adlai Stevenson, whom the Democratic Party has also once again nominated.
