HUBLI: A group of non-resident Indian doctors will establish a hospital with state-of-the-art facilities in Hubli. They have established a foundation for this. Addressing presspersons here on Wednesday, Lammata Bala Raju, director of Sushruta Health Foundation, said the outpatient clinic of the hospital and an administrative office were inaugurated on Wednesday. He said local doctors would run the hospital. As and when expert advice was required, they (specialists) would provide technical assistance and if required, would pay visits to the hospital. Dr. Balaraju said that the foundation had been set up with the help of two doctors, Deepak Mageri and Mohan Paladagu, who were practicing in the United Kingdom. The outpatient clinic was located opposite the New Bus Stand in Hubli with a view to serve the floating population also, he said.
