Honour for music troupe

It was a honour for the 18 young members of the music troupe of Swaranjali, a city-based arts and cultural association, when they received an invitation from President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Back from Delhi, the team is elated about having performed at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

A socio-cultural organisation affiliated to the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy, Swaranjali has been active in promoting the cause of music for peace and harmony.
