City Union Bank launches CUB 400

CHENNAI: City Union Bank has launched CUB 400. According to a release, deposits are accepted for a period of 400 days and are paid interest of 8.50 per cent and 9 per cent for senior citizens. The bank has also launched three new deposit products, Tax Saver Gold, Tax Saver Silver and Tax Saving Enabler. These three products are designed to suit the needs of tax paying investors who would opt to claim the deduction benefits under the provisions of Section 80 C of the IT Act.
