Workshop on gastroenterology

CHENNAI: A three-day workshop starting on Friday will focus on new interventional procedures in gastroenterology.

The event is organised by the Arcot Gajaraj Educational and Training Programme in association with Apollo Hospital.

It begins with a workshop dealing with gastrointestinal radiology and procedures at Apollo Hospital.

The faculty for the programmes comprised several leading practitioners and radiologists from all over the country, organisers said. The CME component is slated for Saturday and Sunday at Hotel Park Sheraton and the highlight will be the Prof. Arcot Gajaraj Memorial Oration.
