Staff Reporter
Thiruvananthapuram:
The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has asked the Government to take immediate steps to end the four-month-old strike of Government doctors and ensure that the public are not subjected to hardship.
At a time when the Health Services is facing a shortage of doctors, the Government should announce measures to attract young medical graduates to the service, IMA said in a statement here on Thursday.
IMA will observe August 30 as protest day.
