Kokapet land auctions: HUDA nets Rs. 435 crores

HYDERABAD: HUDA has given time for those who successfully bid for plots in the Golden Mile layout at Kokapet to pay the entire due amount by September 30.

Of the Rs. 703 crores netted in the auction for 15 plots on July 20, HUDA has realised Rs. 435 crores, according to its Secretary P. Venkatram Reddy. The original deadline to pay the entire amount was August 24. One of the bidders, Delhi-based India Today hotel group paid the entire amount.
