JEYPORE: Bhavishyanidhi Adalat to address the complaints of Provident Fund members will be held on September 11, by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Orissa at Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, Janpath, Unit-IX, Bhubaneswar-751022. Members should register their complaints latest by August 31. Bhavishyanidhi Adalats will also be held at sub-regional offices in Rourkela and Berhampur. Complaints can also be sent by post, where letters must be super-scribed `Bhavishyanidhi Adalat for September 11' and sent to the office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner by Thursday, August 31.
Lok Adalat
Over 270 cases, including 167 revenue cases have been disposed and over Rs. 24,000 collected as fine from litigants at a district-level Lok Adalat and legal awareness camp held in Borigumma in Koraput district on Tuesday. The Adalat collected over Rs. 3lakhs from 182 borrowers of the State Bank of India Borigumma branch and over Rs. 90,000 from the branches of Koraput Panchavati Gramya banks at Kumuli, B Singpur, Kataragada, Sosahandi and Chelanguda respectively.
Motor mobile court
More than Rs.16,000 was collected as fine from over a hundred motor vehicles at a mobile court on National Highway 43 at Borigumma on Tuesday.
