Premium township planned

GUNTUR : A township with all premium comforts will be developed by IJM-Lingamaneni Township Private Limited opposite ANU .

Abutting National Highway 5, the company soft-launched the project on Friday unveiling its proposal to build houses in 119 acres in the presence of `IJM Lingamaneni' country head Ng Chin Meng and local MLA Murugudu Hanumantha Rao. There was a good response to 2 and 3 bedroom flats that would have a clubhouse, swimming pool, recreational and gymnasium facilities, the project deputy manager N. Jeevarathnam said.
