Aluva: A local court on Saturday directed that the woman who had accused Minister for Public Works P.J. Joseph of misbehaving with her on a flight from Chennai to Kochi and her husband be produced in court by September 12 for recording their statements. Stephen Rozario, chairman of the Thiruvanathapuram-based Niyama Sahayavedi, who filed the petition seeking a direction to the police to register a case against Mr. Joseph, was directed by the court to produce them at their convenience. Aluva First class Judicial Magistrate Arvind Babu examined the petitioner and recorded his statement. PTI
