Stone laid for Pitti Laminations' expansion

HYDERABAD: The foundation stone was laid for the phase III expansion of Pitti Laminations Ltd. (PLL) at Nandigaon village in Mahbubnagar district on Sunday. According to a release, PLL is setting up the project for fabrication of steel stator bodies, machining of stator bodies and core dropping operations to meet the requirements of its customer, GE (U.S.), and also domestic customers. The Rs. 40 crore project will be commissioned in April 2007.
