Sheila honours city doctors

NEW DELHI:
Stating that Delhi was the health capital of the country, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Tuesday said that people from across the country and even abroad come to the city for expert advice and treatment.
Speaking at the "State Awards for Service Doctors" function here, Ms. Dikshit appreciated the dedication, commitment and professionalism of doctors. "The award was only a token of recognition for the services rendered by them."The Chief Minister also suggested that the services of supportive staff like nurses, para-medical professionals and attendants be given recognition by instituting special awards for them.
