BANGALORE: Akhila Bharata Sharana Sahitya Parishat has conferred its annual Ramanasri Sharana awards on Veeranna Rajura (for research in Sharana literature), Annadanaiah Puranik (modern vachana literature) and Somanatha Maradura (vachana music); and Gulbarga-based Vachanotsava Pratishtana in recognition of their contributions.
