Maharashtra Seamless pays 70 p.c.

CHENNAI: Maharashtra Seamless has announced a dividend of 70 per cent (Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs. 5) for the year ended March 31, 2006. The company has also convened a board meeting on September 7 to decide on the interim dividend for the current financial year.
