Caprese, Cedros catch the eye

BANGALORE: Caprese, Cedros, Abraxas and Carra Mia impressed when the horses were exercised here on Wednesday morning (Aug. 30).

Outer sand:

800m: Jersey Pride (Srinath) 55, 600/43. Moved impressively. Dr Evil (Srinath) 54, 600/42. Moved fluently. Lovely Empress (Rajesh) 1-0, 600/45. Easy. Susanita (rb), Ghadothkach (Amarpreet) 58, 600/44. Former finished three lengths ahead. Amazing Warrior (rb) 59, 600/44.5. Worked well. Rain God (rb), Apollo Storm (rb) 1-2, 600/47. Asiaticus (Gallagher) 1-1, 600/46.5. Saratoga Sizzle (Gallagher) 58, 600/44.5. In fine trim. Sunlight King (rb), a 2-y-o (Mischevious Music-Stealing Beauty) (rb) 1-1, 600/45. Former to note.

1,000m: Brave Bheem (rb), Artic Princess (rb) 1-15.5, 800/57, 600/43.5. They finished level. Born Free (Mark), Opera Princess (T. Vijayan) 1-14, 800/57, 600/44.5. Former finished three lengths in front.

1,200m: Full Speed (rb) 1-31, 1,000/1-16, 800/59, 600/46. Moved on the bit. Caprese (rb), Cedros (Gallagher) 1-27, 1,000/1-12.5, 800/55.5, 600/42.5. They impressed while former started four lengths behind and finished level. Lyocel (B. Paswan) 1-30, 1,000/1-14.5, 800/57.5, 600/43.5. Moved attractively. 1,400m: Brown Sugar (P. Krishna), Aspen Bay (rb) 1-45, (1,400-600) 56. They were eased up in the last part.
