Chief Minister leaves on three-day tour

Bangalore:
Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy on Wednesday left on a three-day tour of Mysore, Chikmagalur, Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and Hassan districts, during which he will attend public functions and also offer prayers at some famous temples, according to a press release.
On Thursday, Mr. Kumaraswamy will offer prayers at the Srikanteshwara Temple in Nanjangud and later inaugurate the four-lane Mysore-Bangalore highway.
On Friday, the Chief Minister will visit Sringeri and its Sharadamba Temple.
Later in the day, he will visit the Mookambika Temple at Kollur, Annapoorneshwari Temple at Horanadu and the Manjunatha Temple at Dharmasthala.
He will return to Bangaloreon Saturday after fulfilling an engagement at Arkalgud in Hassan District, the press release added.
