HOV Services to raise Rs. 97 cr. from IPO

NEW DELHI: The Pune-based BPO Company, HOV Services, is hitting the capital market on September 4 with 40.5-lakh equity share of face value of Rs. 10 at a price band of Rs. 200- 240 to raise Rs. 97 lakh to fund for acquiring U,S.-based financial outsourcing companies. The issue closes on September 7.
