Races cancelled

KOLKATA: Owing to paucity of acceptors, the Stewards of the Royal Calcutta Turf Club, have decided to cancel the ninth day of the Calcutta Monsoon Meeting, scheduled to be held on Saturday (Sept. 2).

The Calcutta Fillies Trial Stakes which was to be run on that day has been postponed to Saturday (Sept. 9).
