Kodiyeri lays stone for apartment project

KANNUR: Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan on Thursday laid the foundation stone for `Cliff Waters', beachfront apartment complex project of Skyline Builders, at Payyambalam here.

Chief executive officer of Skyline Builders Abdul Azeez said that the apartment project complex having 78 units was sold out even before the foundation stone laying.

The project was conceived as having the ambience of a resort. He said that the company was planning to launch new projects in Kannur.
