Chennai: The Hindu Open, one of the prestigious golfing events of the Aamby Valley PGAI Tour, will be held at the Cosmo TNGF course here from October 4 to 7. The four-day competition, featuring the best among the professionals, is programmed to climax the two preceding events The Hyundai TNGF (with Pro Am), and Madras Gymkhana Club (with Pro Am) to be played here. The following is the programme released by Tiger Sports Marketing Pvt. Ltd.: Sept. 20 to 23: The Hyundai TNGF Open (Rs. 12 lakhs; Cosmo TNGF Course). Sept. 24: Pro Am. Sept. 26 to 29: MGC Open (Rs. 15 lakhs; Gymkhana Club Course). Sept. 30: Pro Am. Oct. 4 to 7: The Hindu Open (Rs. 10 lakhs; Cosmo TNGF). Oct. 11 to 14: Southern Open (Rs. 12 lakhs; KGA, Bangalore).
