NALGONDA: Chief Manager of the State Bank of India Moturi Marx requested the beneficiaries of various schemes to repay their debts on time so as to facilitate the bank in extending loan facility to others. Participating in a campaign on Bharat Nirman here on Thursday, he said that necessary steps have been taken to meet the targets set by the Government for the benefit of the weaker sections. He informed the gathering of the services extended by the bank and its lending policy. Mr. Marx also gave away loans to the beneficiaries of various schemes. Both the Gudipally and Cheedella branches distributed Rs. 68.06-lakh loans to 180 beneficiaries, said a press release.
