Sangareddy: More than 1,500 villagers attended the health camp organised by the Narsapur Circle police in Kowdipally on Thursday. Medak Superintendent of Police P.V.Sunil Kumar inaugurated the camp. Doctors from MNR Medical College, Sangareddy and Narsapur Government hospitals and L V Prasad Eye Institute participated. Medicines worth over Rs. 50,000 were distributed. Forty patients were identified to have eye related problems. According to a press release they would be provided free medical treatment. Spectacles were provided free of cost to 100 patients. OSD Manmohan, DSP Mohan Reddy, Narsapur Circle inspector Linganna, ZP vice chairman Ashi Reddy, were also present at the inaugural. Police personnel from Kowdipally, Shivampet, Jinnaram and Narsapur lent a helping hand in the successful completion of the camp.
