HAL comes out with weekly tabloid

Bangalore:
Not a very common location for launching a journal. The historic war memorial at Minsk Square on Cubbon Road now shares its name with a publication.
Minsk Square Matters, launched by aviation major Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, rolled out on Friday. HAL's corporate offices are just across the road from Minsk Square. The weekly tabloid is an attempt to reach out to the 30,000 strong HAL family, apart from the media, services, government, corporate houses and customers.
Similar to HAL's other products, Minsk Square Matters too boasts of advanced technology including crisp content, attractive design, graphics and other features like a complete newspaper.
HAL's top management chose the journal launched by the company's founder Seth Walchand Hirachand's granddaughter Pallavi Jha, a business tycoon from Mumbai.
