London: Captain Charlotte Edwards scored an unbeaten 100 to lead England's fightback on the third day of the women's second Test against India at Taunton on Thursday. At stumps, England was 205 for two. Earlier, Jhulan Goswami ripped through the England top order, claiming five wickets as the host was forced to follow on after being dismissed for a paltry 99 in its first innings in reply to India's 307. Resuming the day at 74 for six, England was soon all out with Goswami picking up two quick wickets including that of Edwards. The scores: India 307 vs. England 99 (J. Goswami five for 33) and 205 for two in 94 overs (C. Edwards 100 not out, C. Atkins 68 not out). Agencies
