MUMBAI: Shobhana Bhartia, Member of the Rajya Sabha and Vice-Chairperson and Editorial Director of HT Media Limited, New Delhi, has been elected Chairperson of the Audit Bureau of Circulations for the year 2006-2007. She has been a Member of the Council of Management of the ABC since 1999 and was Deputy Chairperson for the year 2005-2006. Anil Kapoor, Managing Director & CEO of FCB Ulka Advertising Pvt.
