Focus on high blood pressure
Quoting a study, Dr. Aggarwal said people who worked 40 hours a week were 14 per cent more likely to have high blood pressure than those who worked 11 to 19 hours a week. To control high blood pressure, Dr. Aggarwal suggested plenty of physical exercise, a proper diet and a job that offers satisfaction.
