THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : The fate of Public Works Minister P.J. Joseph appears sealed with the report submitted by Inspector General (IG) B. Sandhya more or less upholding the allegation that he had misbehaved with a woman co-passenger while on a journey by flight from Chennai to Kochi on August 3. The woman is understood to have stood by her allegation when questioned by the police officer who was personally instructed by Chief Minister V. S. Achuthananthan to look into the matter. Ms. Sandhya submitted her report to Home Secretary Lizzy Jacob on Sunday and the report was forwarded to Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan.
