Uday Goud, Shiva Prasad crack centuries

HYDERABAD: Centuries by T. Uday Goud (132 not out, 22x4, 1x6) for MP Blues and K. Shiva Prasad (141, 15x4, 3x6) for Abhinav Colts were the highlights of the `A' division one-day league cricket championship matches here on Sunday.

Sporting drubs Friends

Secunderabad Sporting Club drubbed Friends Club 9-0 in the A-2 division hockey league championship here on Sunday.

A brace each by Javeed-ur-Rehman, Syed Mohammad Shoeb, Haseeb and Md.Taher and a solo effort by Mahabub Ali completed the tally.

Meanwhile, it is informed that the Deccan Blues-Tarbund XI match, scheduled for September 6, has been put off.

Sports meet
