KANNUR: The Chinmaya Institute of Technology here will conduct an off-campus recruitment drive on September 10, 2006 for a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing multi-national companies having operations and customer base spanning more than 110 cities in 44 countries. A press release from the institute said that the recruitment drive was meant for MCA/BE/B.Tech 2006 pass-out students and BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT) 2005 and 2006 pass-out students with 60 per cent aggregate with no current backlog. Students from colleges in the State and neighbouring States would participate. More than 3000 candidates were expected to participate in the test. Details would be available in www.firststep.co.in.
