Passport Office swings into action

HYDERABAD: Consequent to the killing of three persons from the State in Iraq, efforts are being made to bring back the remaining 12 persons stranded there, according to Regional Passport Officer B. Bala Bhaskar. In a statement, Mr. Bhaskar informed that as their passports were taken away by the insurgents, the Passport Office collected details of the stranded persons from their families. The Passport Office was opened on Sunday to check the particulars and clearances were sent for issuing temporary passports.
