High Court notice to Government hospitals

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Centre, Delhi Government and the MCD on reports that most of the hospitals run by them in the Capital lack even basic water supply.

A Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain and Justice Kailash Ghambhir asked the three agencies to file their status reports within a week and posted the matter for further hearing to September 20. - PTI
