Flender names Managing Director-designate

KOLKATA: Flender, one of the leading players in the industrial gearboxes segment, at its board meeting on Monday, announced the appointment of T. Rao as managing director-designate with immediate effect. He takes over from S. Mullick who has stepped down citing personal reasons. Mr. Rao has been with the company for long, barring a one-year stint elsewhere. He assumes charge on October 1.
