Chemicals Ministry seeks tax exemptions

NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers has sought approval from the Finance Ministry for extending the time limit of tax exemptions provided to research and development activities in the pharmaceutical sector beyond March 31, 2007.
