Talibanisation needs to be curbed: Pranab

Paris: India and France agreed on Monday that they needed to cooperate in building a safe and secure world.

Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee said after talks with his French counterpart Michele Alliot-Marie that Talibanisation of Afghanistan needed to be checked.

Ms. Alliot-Marie told presspersons that the issues of Lebanon, Iran and Afghanistan were discussed by the two leaders.
