TMB revises FCNR(B) and NRE deposit rates

TUTICORIN: The Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited has revised the interest rates for its term deposits under Non-resident (External) Rupee accounts, with effect from September 1. The bank now offers 6.41 per cent annually for the maturity period between 1-2 years and 6.24 per cent for two years and up to three years. For a three year maturity period, the interest rate stands at 6.18 per cent. Besides, the bank had revised the interest rates on its Foreign Currency Non-Resident Bank (FCNR-B) term deposits across all the slabs available in U.S. dollars, pounds, euro, Canadian dollar and Australian dollar.
