Lalitpur: Blaming the Centre for slow progress of the Dadri power project, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav on Tuesday accused the UPA of creating hurdles in its completion. ``The delay in completion of the Dadri project is because of the hurdles created by the Centre, which has yet to finalise the issue pertaining to gas supply for the plant,'' he said. He alleged that U.P Govt's request for help in distribution of unemployment allowance went unheeded ``but when we went ahead with the plan, Congress leaders indulged in false propaganda that the Centre was providing financial help''.
