Law students to attend classes

Special Correspondent

CHENNAI: Agitating students of a private law college at Salem have agreed to return to their classes and the management has agreed to take them back.

Counsel for the students and the management gave an undertaking to this effect when a related case came up before the First Bench comprising Chief Justice A.P. Shah and Justice K. Chandru on Tuesday.

The matter has been posted for September 14.

The college has an interim order in its favour, allowing it to adhere to the fee structure framed by it. The students have approached the court to vacate it.
