KANNUR: Brothers Club will conduct an under-17 open school football tournament here in association with District School Games Association. The tournament would be held in memory of `Vasuvettan,' who was among the founders of the club in. The club was founded in 1941. Brothers Club secretary A.K. Mamukoya said in a press release here that cash prize would be given to participating teams. Cash prizes would also be given to the `best defender,' `midfielder,' `striker' and the most disciplined team, he said.
