Hanung Toys to set up plant in Uttaranchal

CHENNAI: Hanung Toys, manufacturer and exporter of soft toys and furnishings, is in the process of setting up a home furnishings factory in Uttaranchal at a cost of Rs. 150 crore with a capacity of 20,000 metres per shift. Addressing presspersons here on Wednesday, A. K. Gupta, Vice President (sales and marketing), said the company was exporting soft toys to Europe, North America, Australia and the Arab countries. The Rs. 250-crore company has its soft toys division in the Noida Special Economic Zone.
