Indrasena Reddy flays Minister

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: State BJP president N. Indrasena Reddy has dubbed `unconstitutional' the stand of Education Minister N. Rajyalakshmi that it was not binding to recite Vande Mataram.

In a statement on Wednesday, he demanded that the Government deal firmly with institutions that violated the order. The BJP leader said it was an insult to the nation that the Government was giving in to the reluctance expressed by Muslims to recite Vande Mataram.
