Kochi: The police are interrogating the two passengers taken into custody on Tuesday in connection with a bomb scare incident on the Mumbai-bound Jet Airways flight from here. Sources said one of the detainees, Joseph, would have to be questioned by officials from different security agencies, including the Intelligence Bureau, as he had an Israeli citizenship. Joseph, a doctor working in Uganda and his friend Saji, 26, of Mazhuvanoor near Aluva, were taken into custody for questioning after they claimed to be carrying explosives on board the flight. Flight 9W 404 was delayed for almost six hours with all the 91 passengers evacuated. The aircraft was thoroughly checked by airport authorities with the help of the police. However, no explosives were found. - UNI
