Power shutdown in parts of city

Bangalore: There will be no power supply on Friday between noon and 4 p.m. in parts of the city because of maintenance works on Bank 2 at the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation sub-station by authorities of the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd.

The affected areas include 5th Cross, H.S. Road, 8th Cross, Marigowda Road, Wilson Garden 8th Cross, Wilson Garden Park area, Public Works Department Quarters, BTS Road, Vijayanagar, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation Quarters, Sudhamanagar, Lalbagh 4th Cross, Lalbagh Road, Obalappa Garden, JC Road, Siddaiah Road, Andree Road, Shanti Road, RRMR Extension, Bangalore Cancer Hospital, Ronark Apartment, Elgin Apartment, Police Quarters, Langford Road and surrounding areas.
