NIIT Tech ties up with Swiss firm

NEW DELHI: NIIT Technologies on Thursday inked an agreement with Switzerland-based Adecco SA, to float a joint venture with a total investment of $3 million (over Rs. 13 crore) to provide software development and maintenance solutions to the clients of Adecco around the world. Both the companies will have 50 per cent stake each in the joint venture. "The joint venture company will be known as Adecco-NIIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd., subject to approval from the Registrar of Companies," NIIT Chairman, Rajendra S. Pawar, said.
