Gera Developments, Citigroup Property form JV

CHENNAI: Gera Developments and Citigroup Property Investors have entered into a joint venture to develop a unique project in Pune. This tie-up has taken place through the FDI route. In a press release, David Schaefer, Managing Director, Head of Asia Pacific, Citicorp Property, said the total value of the project would be about Rs. 550 crore. The project consists of 600 premium and high-end apartments, a country club and a hotel.
