Rajasthan sets up TAFCUB

MUMBAI: The Rajasthan Government and the Reserve Bank of India have signed a memorandum of understanding with regard to urban co-operative banks in the State. Consequently, a State-level Task Force on Urban Co-operative Banks (TAFCUB) has been constituted. B. P. Vijayendra, Regional Director of RBI for Rajasthan, is the Chairman of the TAFCUB and Sudhansh Pant, Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Rajasthan, is the co-chairman, says an RBI release.
