Land identification begins

VILLUPURAM: The process for identifying the lands to be given away to the landless labourers has started in Villupuram district.

In this connection, Additional Commissioner (Land Administration) C. Muthukumarasamy held discussions with the officials here on Tuesday. The talks focused on the feasibility of free land distribution, at the rate of two acres per framer, and the extent of area available for the purpose.
