KURNOOL: Police arrested ICFAI Development of Officer N.G. Srinivasa Rao of Distance Education wing on the charge of cheating here on Thursday. The official was taken into custody and remanded. Inspector P.N. Babu said the charges were framed following a complaint by a group of students that the institution has no recognition in Andhra Pradesh but is offering courses and collecting heavy fees.
