Medicines destroyed in fire

BANGALORE: Huge quantity of medicines were reportedly destroyed in a fire that broke out at Himalaya Drugs on Tumkur Road in Nelamangala police station limits on Thursday afternoon. The police said that around 1.30 p.m., fire broke out in the tablets manufacturing division of the drug house. Electric short-circuit is suspected to be the cause of fire.
