Swamy: UPA has no counter-terrorist strategy

Special Correspondent

CHENNAI: Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy has criticised the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Government for not having a "counter-terrorist" strategy.

In a statement, he said the UPA Government appeared to be "bankrupt of ideas" on how to combat terrorism.

The "bankruptcy" would create a "weak permissive society" and lead to a spiral of violence and chaos, he said.
